You should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP techno-functional role, with at least 2-3 implementations and experience in S4 Hana. Your knowledge should be solid and practical in SAP technology, architecture, and S/4HANA. Additional knowledge in ECC AFS or S/4 FVB will be advantageous. Your responsibilities will include hands-on delivery experience in multiple SAP projects, including implementations, Rollouts, and support. You will be required to develop, enhance, and maintain ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements (RICEFW objects). Furthermore, you will conduct impact analysis, provide technical guidance on system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, and design, configure, and implement SAP Workflow scenarios to automate and streamline business processes/operations. Collaboration with functional consultants to understand business requirements and design technical solutions is crucial. Your experience should also include SAP development in ABAP/4, ABAP Objects, and the use of SAP development tools like Eclipse, ADT, SAP GUI, BAS. You will be responsible for developing interfaces in the SAP environment using OData, RFC, BAPI, IDOC, XML, and Webservices. Code reviews, adherence to coding standards, and best practices using ATC checks are essential. Good SAP Functional knowledge in SD/MM/FI/CO/PP/QM/PM (at least 2-3 modules) is required. Excellent communication skills, a service and solution-oriented working style, and high analytical skills are expected. You should be able to work both independently and in a team environment. Experience with Fiori and SAPUI5 is a plus. Documenting technical designs, configurations, and development activities for reference and future enhancements is part of the role. Sharing knowledge and expertise with team members through training sessions, workshops, and documentation is also expected. Knowledge of agile project tools such as Cloud ALM and Jira is beneficial.
