As a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading the development of our telematics solutions. Your responsibilities will include overseeing product architecture, defining the technology roadmap, and driving innovation to ensure scalability and innovation in our platform. You will be expected to define the technology roadmap for telematics solutions, with a focus on IoT, predictive analytics, and EV integration. Leading a team of engineers and developers, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality software products. Additionally, you will drive innovation in telematics by implementing real-time monitoring, predictive maintenance, and route optimization strategies. It will also be your responsibility to ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of all software and hardware solutions, working closely with the CEO to align technology initiatives with business goals. To qualify for this position, you should possess a Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, along with at least 10 years of experience in IoT, SaaS, or automotive technologies. Your strong knowledge of telematics, cloud infrastructure, and AI/ML will be essential for this role, as well as your proven leadership in R&D and technical project management. This is a full-time position with health insurance benefits and a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday.
