Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain calendars, scheduling meetings, and appointments. - Organising domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, and visas. - Preparing detailed itineraries and managing last-minute changes. - Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including correspondence, and record management. - Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, including documentation, tracking, and coordinating with couriers and vendors. Qualifications: - 3 to 5 years of Executive Assistant/administrative experience, ideally within financial services or a professional services environment - Strong written and verbal communication abilities. - Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and manage multiple priorities. - Elevated level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
