Role Overview: We are looking to hire Telecallers for our digital retail lending NBFC (Fintech Company). The role involves calling potential customers, explaining loan products, guiding them through the digital application process, and ensuring timely collection of documents and KYC details through online channels. This position is ideal for graduates seeking exposure to the fast-growing digital finance and lending ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential leads / prospects generated through digital and internal channels Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms clearly Assist customers in completing digital loan applications Coordinate and collect KYC and documentation (Aadhaar, PAN, bank statements, salary slips, etc.) through digital platforms (WhatsApp, email, portals) Verify documents for completeness and basic accuracy before internal processing Follow up with customers for pending documents or incomplete applications Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and documentation status Coordinate with internal credit, risk, and operations teams for smooth processing Ensure compliance with NBFC and RBI guidelines while interacting with customers Required Skills & Competencies Good communication skills in Hindi; working knowledge of English (Marathi preferred) Clear, polite, and customer-friendly phone etiquette Comfortable using smartphones, WhatsApp, email, and basic computer applications Ability to explain financial products in simple terms Good follow-up and coordination skills Target-oriented and process-driven mindset
