Conduct regular checks on networking infrastructure to identify issues and resolve them promptly. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot technical problems and implement solutions. Maintain accurate records of site activities, including maintenance schedules and inventory management. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to queries from customers. Desired Candidate Profile Diploma or ITI certification in any specialization. 0-1 year of experience in a similar role (Toll Management System or Networking). Strong understanding of networking concepts and ability to work with different types of networks. Proficiency in using software applications related to toll collection systems.
