As part of our growing international operations, we are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager IT who can independently generate business from global markets , including the US, UK, and Europe . The ideal candidate must have strong technical understanding of our service offerings and a proven ability to close high-value international deals. Key Responsibilities Independently acquire new business for services such as SAP Consulting, .NET Development, Digital Marketing, and Custom IT Solutions . Generate, nurture, and convert leads from US, UK, and European markets through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and digital outreach. Achieve mandatory monthly business targets amounting to 3 the offered salary . Build long-term, trust-based relationships with international clients and partners. Understand client requirements, propose tailored IT solutions, and drive end-to-end sales cycles. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate proposal creation and project scoping. Maintain detailed records of BD activities, pipelines, forecasts, and closures. Stay updated on international IT trends, competitor landscape, and emerging technologies. Position Requirements Minimum 5+ years of proven Business Development experience in the IT industry. Strong understanding of SAP, .NET technologies, Digital Marketing , and related IT solutions. Demonstrated ability to acquire projects from international markets (US/UK/EU) . Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of independently driving business growth. Experience managing full sales cycles, from lead generation to deal closure. Prior experience in foreign market BD is mandatory. Compensation & Work Structure Salary: 70,000 – 1,00,000 per month (Based on experience & performance). Freelancers with a strong IT-BD background may also apply (subject to meeting business targets). Work Hours: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST to align with international time zones.

We are seeking an experienced and self-driven Senior Business Development Executive to manage and expand our UK Market (ACCs Accounting & Consulting Companies) outreach. The ideal candidate must have strong international BD exposure, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently generate leads, nurture prospects, and close deals related to outsourcing services to India. Key Responsibilities Independently research, identify, and generate high-quality leads from UK accounting and consulting firms (ACCs). Conduct 50–100 outbound B2B calls per day for targeted UK-market outreach. Drive the full sales cycle—lead generation, follow-ups, consultations, and monthly closures . Achieve a minimum of 1 closure per month ; monthly revenue targets will be 3 the candidate’s salary . Build strong relationships with UK accounting companies and promote KPO/outsourcing services. Maintain accurate CRM records, daily activity logs, and performance reports. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery post-closure. Stay updated with UK industry trends, compliance requirements, and market dynamics. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 5+ years of Business Development experience , preferably in KPO, outsourcing, BPO, or international sales. Strong understanding of the UK accounting industry and outsourcing models. Proven experience achieving BD targets and closures in the international market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills. Ability to independently manage lead generation, cold calling, and conversions. Highly proactive, target-driven, and able to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment. Salary Structure Based on skill level, experience, and performance. 70,000 to 1,00,000 per month .
