Role OverviewWe’re hiring a Sales Specialist who will speak to women (30–55 years old) who have already attended our 3-day Emotional Wellness workshop. ✔ No cold calling ✔ No random leads ✔ Every person you speak to already has a problem we can solve Your job is to listen, guide, build trust, and help them make a confident decision to join our premium Emotional Wellness Program. This is not a call centre job — it is professional communication, emotional intelligence, and high-income sales training. Scripts, structure, and complete training will be provided. What You Will DoSpeak with warm leads who already know us Understand their challenges and listen patiently Guide them emotionally and help them make informed decisions Follow our step-by-step sales process Maintain lead records and performance tracking Communicate with empathy, clarity, and professionalism You will be personally trained by an IIT alumnus in advanced communication, psychology, emotional guidance, and proven sales frameworks.
