As an experienced professional in the Industrial & IOT domain, you should have a solid foundation with 3-5 years of industry experience. Your expertise should extend to specific product domains such as Power, Motor control, or IOT applications with a proficiency in communication stacks like TCP/IP and USB. Additionally, software product development experience in areas like Home Appliance (motor control), Metering (Meteorology), or Digital Power supply (MCU Base AC-DC converters) is highly valued. A strong command over RTOS schedulers and programming in C/C++ is essential for this role, along with a thorough understanding of MCU architecture, preferably 32-bit Cortex M. Your excellent debugging skills will be crucial as you delve into system-level solutions and analyze hardware and firmware designs. You should be adept at driving collaborative efforts across various disciplines and technologies, both internally and with customer R&D teams. Your ability to think strategically, innovate user experiences, and communicate effectively will be key in this role. Your responsibilities will include presenting, promoting, and providing technical support for NXP products/services to both existing and potential customers. You will play a pivotal role in developing and managing the technical competency of channel partner resources for solution-oriented selling approaches. Resolving customer issues efficiently to maximize business potential and fostering positive relationships with customers are integral parts of this role. To excel in this position, you must strive to achieve sales targets within the agreed schedule, coordinate sales efforts with team members, business lines, and other departments. A Bachelor's degree (BE/B.Tech.) in Computer Science, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering is required to qualify for this challenging yet rewarding opportunity.,
