Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role located in Virudhunagar. The Account Manager will oversee client relationships, ensure satisfaction, and maintain consistent communication to address needs effectively. Responsibilities include managing accounts, preparing reports, handling billing and invoicing, collaborating with other departments to meet client objectives, and ensuring project timelines and deliverables are met. The role also involves identifying opportunities to optimize client experiences while driving business growth. Qualifications Client Relationship Management and Communication skills Account Management and Project Coordination experience Report Preparation, Billing, and Invoicing skills Problem-solving and Conflict Resolution abilities Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software tools Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field Prior experience in the construction or infrastructure sector is a plus
