We are seeking a Laboratory QA professional to support QC laboratory operations through documentation review, DI governance, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Review analytical test records and laboratory documentation
• Support OOS/OOT investigations and ensure timely closure
• Conduct periodic data integrity audit trail reviews
• Review instrument calibration and qualification documentation
• Ensure compliance with pharmacopeial and regulatory guidelines
• Monitor laboratory incidents, deviations, and CAPA effectiveness
• Verification of reference/working standards, reagents, media
• Support regulatory/customer audits focused on QC laboratory
• Ensure LIMS / CDS access control and metadata compliance

Skill Focus

• Understanding of QC analytical workflows (HPLC/GC/UV/IR)
• Knowledge of DI principles (ALCOA++)
• Exposure to OOS/OOT investigation framework
• Strong documentation control and GMP awareness

Qualification

• B. Pharm / M. Pharm / M.Sc. (Chemistry)
