Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Design and architect scalable, maintainable test automation frameworks

Establish automation standards, patterns, and best practices across teams

Take over the existing Selenium SIT framework and adapt it o suit and End to End Business Acceptance Testing automation framework, in a time bound manner, which eventually need to be migrated to Playwright framework.

Lead technical implementation of automation solutions for web, mobile and desktop applications

Mentor and coach QA engineers on automation techniques and tools

Collaborate with development teams to build quality into the development process

Evaluate new testing technologies and tools to improve testing efficiency

Create automation strategy aligned with CICD practices

Provide technical guidance for complex testing challenges

Required Skills

Experience10 years of experience in software testing with at least 5 years focused on test automation

Strong expertise in Playwright and Selenium frameworks

Experience designing and implementing automation frameworks from scratch

Strong programming skills in at least one language (JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java)

Extensive knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices

Experience with CICD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, etc.)Ability to mentor and lead technical teams

Excellent problem-solving and communication skillsPreferred

Qualifications

Experience with UiPath for RPA (Robotic Process Automation) testing

Knowledge of API testing frameworks (Postman, RestAssured, etc.)Experience with performance testing tools

Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Experience in financial services or insurance industry

Relevant certifications (ISTQB, etc.)
