Role Overview We are hiring an experienced FMCG Sales Representative to manage and grow sales of our Tea and Makhana range across Sikkim. This is a field-intensive role requiring strong local market knowledge, territory experience, and retailer/distributor relationships. ⸻ Key Responsibilities 1. Sales & Targets Achieve monthly primary & secondary sales targets (Tea + Makhana). Drive market penetration and improve outlet availability. Plan and execute schemes, sampling, and push strategies. 2. Territory Coverage Cover Sikkim route efficiently: Gangtok, Namchi, Mangan, Soreng, Gyalshing, Pakyong, Rongli, Ranipool etc. Minimum 25–30 productive calls per day.
