1. Customer Interaction & Sales Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom. Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate vehicles. Explain features, specifications, pricing, and finance/insurance options. Arrange test drives and accompany customers. Follow up with leads from calls, campaigns, or online platforms. 2. Documentation & Sales Closure Assist in completing vehicle booking, finance, and registration paperwork. Coordinate with finance and insurance teams to close deals. Ensure timely collection of required documents and payments. Track vehicle delivery and ensure a smooth handover to the customer. 4. Product Knowledge & Training Stay updated with the latest product features, models, and price revisions. Attend training sessions by the manufacturer or dealership regularly. 6. Sales Reporting Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager. Track personal sales targets and achievement performance. 7. Coordination & Team Support Work closely with the Service, Accessories, and Delivery departments. Share customer feedback and suggestions for improvements.

Role & responsibilities Job Title: Sales Executive Royal Enfield Dealership Department: Sales Location: Showroom / Field Key Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Customer Engagement & Lead Management Greet walk-in customers and understand their vehicle requirements. Follow up with online/telephonic inquiries. Maintain regular contact with potential customers through calls, visits, and messages. Maintain and update the lead tracker/CRM daily. 2. Product Presentation Explain the features, specifications, and benefits of all Royal Enfield models. Provide test rides and highlight USPs like build quality, classic heritage, and ride feel. Guide customers on color choices, model variants, and pricing. 3. Sales Process Handling Prepare quotations and proforma invoices. Explain finance options, insurance, and exchange offers (if any). Assist customers with booking formalities, documentation, and vehicle delivery. 4. Target Achievement Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets (units, accessories, finance, etc.). Upsell add-ons like accessories, extended warranty, and insurance renewal. Participate in local promotional events and roadshows for lead generation. 5. Documentation & Coordination Collect KYC and other necessary documents from the customer. Coordinate with back-office teams for registration, RTO formalities, and invoicing. Ensure timely and smooth delivery of the motorcycle. 6. Post-Sales Follow-up Conduct post-delivery calls to ensure customer satisfaction. Share service reminders and promote service packages. Request referrals and online reviews. 7. Team & Reporting Attend daily briefing sessions and product training. Report daily activities to the Sales Manager or Team Leader. Maintain a professional appearance and uphold Royal Enfield’s brand values. Preferred candidate profile
