To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Housekeeping Team Leader in a large 5-star luxury hotel or resort. A Diploma in Hospitality or related fields is required, while a Bachelor's Degree would be advantageous. Your strong leadership skills will enable you to train and develop your team effectively, serving as a role model for others. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential for effective communication with guests and colleagues. Proficiency in Property Management Systems such as OPERA and other software tools will be beneficial.
