Very very poor service filed complaints on 11th after 5days they called me asking 500 rupees first pay then our team will visit. There servic partner is not proffesonal. Don’t buy there service is really very very bad.

Service is not good, since 4 months i hve been complaing, once technician visited, problem not solved, again and again i am trying to contact, no one is responding.

Bought a commercial refrigerator, in less than a year of time this fridge went into repair 3 times and really had a bad experience from their servicing team each of the time complaints were raised, they take about week of time to fix the problem. Never recommend Rockwell products.

Very cheap quality material used ...leaking problem. Company is not responding about complaints. Don't buy rockwell products. I bought three rockwell deep freeze. All freezer is leaking inside body in two year..money is not yet recovered
