Robotics Trainer

As a Robotics Trainer at our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of students by imparting knowledge and skills in the field of robotics and programming. With a minimum of one year of experience in teaching and guiding students, you will have the opportunity to engage and inspire learners in STEM education. Your proficiency in programming languages and hands-on experience in creating Arduino-based projects will be key assets in this role. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting interactive training sessions, designing lesson plans for different age groups, and guiding students in hands-on projects using Arduino and other relevant tools. Additionally, you will provide mentorship and support to students working on robotics projects, organize workshops and events, and ensure the maintenance of robotics lab equipment. Staying updated with the latest trends in robotics and STEM education will be essential to deliver high-quality training sessions. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory), along with a minimum of one year of experience in teaching robotics or related subjects. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, hands-on experience with Arduino IDE, TinkerCAD, Scratch, and other robotics programming software are required. Strong communication and presentation skills, along with a passion for STEM education and innovative teaching methodologies, will be highly valued. Preferred qualifications include experience in conducting online and offline robotics training sessions, knowledge of IoT, Raspberry Pi, or other microcontroller platforms, and experience in curriculum development for robotics and coding programs.
