Robot Welder

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor robotic welding machines for sheet metal and structural components.
• Understand and interpret welding drawings, symbols, and specifications.
• Set up welding parameters and fixtures as per job requirement.
• Inspect welded joints for quality and accuracy using measuring instruments and visual inspection.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of robotic welding systems.
• Load and unload workpieces onto the machine safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the quality and production teams to meet daily targets and reduce rework.
• Maintain cleanliness and 5S practices around the welding area.

Candidate Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in robotic welding machines (FANUC, OTC or similar) preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MIG/MAG welding processes.
• Freshers with strong interest and basic welding knowledge are also encouraged to apply.
• Team player with a strong focus on safety and quality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
