6 hours and still waiting. My husband bought me a new. I have a new number. Can't access my account and the RMV, is " unable to verify me". Should not take a WHOLE day to update my own account. Most of us are regular working people and don't have time to sit around on the phone all day. Get it together.

First time I went the system wasn't working and they couldn't read social security cards. Second time I went they opened at 8:40 instead of 8:00 on a week day. Why have official hours if you're not gonna follow them? If I could rate this place with 0 stars I would.

Get an appointment online before you go there. It took me just 5 minutes (I am not exaggerating) to renew my license. Scanned the QR code at the entrance, and my number was called even before I got to the seating area. People here were nice and helpful too.
