You are a talented and motivated Hardware and Network Engineer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience. Your strong knowledge includes Windows Desktop, hardware assembly, networking, and installation of systems like CCTV cameras and attendance machines. Your primary responsibility will be to provide hardware and network support to ensure seamless IT operations within the organization. You will install and configure Windows operating systems (Windows 7, 8, 10, and 11) on desktops and laptops, ensuring optimal performance and security. Additionally, you will assemble, troubleshoot, and repair hardware components such as CPUs, motherboards, RAM, and hard drives. You will also be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining network devices like routers, switches, and modems. Your tasks will include performing network cabling, including RJ45 punching and Cat6 wiring to ensure smooth network connectivity, as well as setting up and configuring network switches for data routing and connectivity. Moreover, you will install and configure surveillance cameras, ensuring full functionality and integration with monitoring systems, and set up and configure biometric or RFID-based attendance machines. As part of your role, you will diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner. It is essential to maintain documentation of configurations, procedures, and network diagrams for future reference. Qualifications and Skills: - Education: 10+2 With Diploma in computer Hardware and Networking - Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in hardware and network installation and support. Technical Skills: - Strong knowledge of Windows Desktop installation and troubleshooting. - Proficiency in assembling and maintaining computer hardware. - Experience in network switch installation and configuration. - Hands-on experience with RJ45 punching and Cat6 wiring. - Ability to install and troubleshoot CCTV cameras and attendance machines. Other Skills: - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. - Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
