Risk Manager - Multi-Asset & Quant Strategies

As a Risk Manager at Dezerv, you will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing the investment risk management framework across various asset classes like equity, fixed income, commodities, and alternatives. You will work closely with portfolio managers, quantitative researchers, and technology teams to embed risk into investment decision-making. Here's what you will be responsible for: - Design and enhance the investment risk management framework with a focus on scalability and real-time monitoring. - Monitor portfolio-level risks such as volatility, beta, drawdowns, Value-at-Risk (VaR), liquidity, and factor exposures. - Build stress testing frameworks and scenario analysis for historical and hypothetical shocks. - Collaborate with quant researchers and portfolio managers to assess risk of new strategies and backtest performance. - Conduct risk-adjusted performance attribution using multi-factor models across strategies and asset classes. - Work with compliance and product teams to ensure adherence to client-specific mandates and internal risk guardrails. - Develop and maintain internal dashboards and risk tools for live insights on risk metrics. To be successful in this role, you should have: - 5-8 years of experience in investment risk management or quantitative research. - Strong understanding of risk models, factor-based investing, and portfolio construction. - Professional certifications such as FRM, CQF, PRM, or CFA are preferred. - Proficiency in Excel and Python, experience with SQL and risk platforms is a plus. - Strong analytical and communication skills. - Familiarity with SEBI/AMFI investment mandates and risk guidelines.
