We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to strengthen and expand market presence for our premium Desi Ghee. The role is responsible for achieving growth targets by developing regional sales strategies, increasing product penetration, appointing and managing distributors in new territories, and strengthening existing channel partnerships. Key duties include identifying untapped markets, ensuring effective execution of trade schemes, monitoring competitor activity, forecasting demand, and maintaining optimal stock levels. The candidate will lead field sales teams, conduct product training, negotiate commercial agreements, and prepare detailed performance reports to support strategic decision-making. Prior FMCG experience is essential. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
