You will play a key role in helping leading organizations leverage technology to create a more sustainable and inclusive world. **Role Overview:** - Lead cloud transformation initiatives using RISE with SAP and Clean Core principles. - Align enterprise architecture with business objectives and drive value realization. - Drive the adoption of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) components and S/4HANA applications. - Collaborate with CxOs to establish success plans and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). - Advocate SAP best practices utilizing tools such as LeanIX, Signavio, and Cloud ALM. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and manage SAP landscapes within the RISE with SAP framework with 9-16 years of experience. - Perform system installations, upgrades, and migrations on various cloud platforms. - Ensure system availability, optimize performance, and prepare for disaster recovery. - Implement security protocols, regulatory compliance, and governance in hybrid environments. - Lead BASIS operations and provide mentorship to teams for strategic and value-driven delivery. **Qualifications Required:** - 9-16 years of experience in designing and managing SAP landscapes within the RISE with SAP framework. - Proficiency in system installations, upgrades, and migrations on leading cloud platforms. - Strong knowledge in system availability, performance optimization, and disaster recovery preparedness. - Experience in implementing security protocols, regulatory compliance, and governance in hybrid environments. - Ability to lead BASIS operations and mentor teams for value-driven delivery.
