RRL’s Promoter and Chairman Mr. Sandip Kuila has an established reputation as an entrepreneur. Purpose of the Job: Responsible for all Strategic & Operational HR, Personnel, Compliance, IR & Admin. Will be the Strategic business partner providing continuous support to the manufacturing units. Details of the Job: Shall be responsible to manage HR & IR activities in respective units. Partner actively with Regional Heads, Regional Commercial Heads, Plant Heads and their teams to understand ongoing HR/IR needs, anticipate and provide timely solutions on people matters. Partnering the Plant HR Managers to manage the long-term settlements and union activities in the units. Partners with the plant HR manager on Manpower planning & Budgeting, Contract Labour Management, Plants Statutory Compliances and HR Audits of respective plants. Ensure timely Recruitment, Training & Development activities as per the calendar and deployment as per the approved manpower in respective units. Partners with the Plant HR Managers to identify Human Resources gaps, opportunities and risk associated with the plant unit strategy and operating plans. Ensures consistent guidance, execution and counselling in the administration of HR policies; identifies issues and solutions. Assist HR Manager in managing issues and litigations related to various Acts-Industrial Disputes Act, Bonus Act, ESI, PF, Factories, and Contract Labour etc. while managing various performance-linked remuneration policies. Work with corporate leadership to develop and maintain Succession and development plan for key personnel. Analyses HR statistics including employee turnover, manpower retention, and its compliance. Communicates and administers policies, procedures & plans developed by corporate HR. Drives employee engagement activities in respective plants. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Key Interface: All Employees Internal Stakeholders and HODs Local Govt. Authorities Labour Department Officials Education & Experience: Any Graduate MBA (2 Years Full Time Course) / MSW (Regular) / PGDM (Regular) Or equivalent Course Competencies: Adaptability Self & Team Leadership Business Acumen & Data Orientation Driving Results Cultivates Collaboration Entrepreneurial & Ownership Mindset Customer Orientation Skills Required Understanding of Labour Laws and practices. In depth knowledge of Industrial Relations
