Key responsibilities of the position include: - Taking the lead in addressing the broader technical requirements of our products - Driving the business forward with a practical approach to technology decisions - Upholding a customer-centric mindset in all tasks and projects - Demonstrating a keen interest in the business aspects alongside technical challenges - Leading initiatives to enhance development processes and identify new business opportunities - Mentoring and supporting team members in their professional growth - Promoting WeSquare values within the company and the wider community - Encouraging a collaborative work environment where shared ideas lead to collective success - Facilitating technical and design discussions to ensure effective resolution of conflicts We are seeking a motivated Oracle CX Consultant with the following qualifications and experience: - 3 to 6 years of relevant experience - Proficiency in RightNow technical implementation - Strong background in RightNow integration with third-party applications (Inbound/Outbound) - Hands-on experience in customer portal development and add-ins integration - Knowledge of PHP, .NET, HTML, and CSS - Competence in managing user accounts, application maintenance, and configuration changes - Ability to enhance customer data capture, screen layouts, and desktop navigation efficiency - Skill in developing customized business and workflow rules to meet customer requirements - Experience in upgrading customer environments as needed - Proficiency in creating reports and dashboards - Demonstrated ability to own development projects from concept to delivery - Strong communication skills and the capacity to collaborate effectively with international clients and colleagues At WeSquare, we value our employees as our most important asset.
