Rigger - Mobile Telecom/Tower

You are a skilled and dedicated Rigger with experience in the telecom field. You have 1 + years of hands-on experience and are comfortable working at heights, including on telecom towers. Key Responsibilities: - Perform installation, maintenance, and repair work on telecom towers and related infrastructure. - Ensure all rigging operations adhere to safety standards and protocols. - Climb towers and work at elevated heights to install antennas, radios, and other telecom equipment. - Assist engineers and technicians in field operations. - Maintain tools and rigging equipment in good working condition. Requirements: - Diploma or ITI in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunication. - 1+ years of relevant telecom field experience. - Must be physically fit and able to work at heights. - Basic understanding of telecom tower structures and equipment. - Ability to travel and work in field conditions. Preferred Skills: - Knowledge of safety harness use and tower climbing techniques. - Team player with good communication skills. - Ability to follow instructions and work under minimal supervision.
