Credit note said to be issued due to non availability of services, however yet to receive. Struggling since May 22. Customer care gives assurances but nothing moves. They do not share any senior persons contact details.

Hygiene is maintained. SOPs taken well care. Great service by Ms. Shagufta Q. for her well care and professional behaviour. She not only understands the requirement of the client but help finding effective solutions to the laser queries. Great work.

Very warm and welcoming atmosphere, with nice doctors, technicians and staff members. Very professional approach but with a personal touch. Appointments are scheduled in advance and I have never experienced any delays. Although expensive the treatments offered here are really effective
