RFIC/Analog IC Design- Wireless

As a member of the wireless infrastructure product group, you will be focusing on the development of integrated transceiver SoCs for wireless base station markets, covering technologies such as 3G/4G/4.5G/AAS. The products developed by this team include high performance RF front-end components, analog base-band, high-speed converters, digital front-end, signal processing algorithms, embedded micro-controllers, and high-speed interfaces. These integrated transceivers support high bandwidths, requiring GHz data-path processing and are developed in advanced sub-micron technology nodes like 28 nm. You will be expected to address power consumption challenges through innovative architectures and designs. The team holds 150+ granted patents on these technologies. Your key responsibilities will include: - Working with the Systems Engineering Team to define and architect new products - Designing, supervising layout, and verifying analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits - Collaborating with Product Engineering to characterize Silicon and transfer integrated circuits from design to production - Ensuring proper test coverage of the product by closely working with Test Engineering - Collaborating with Application Engineering to ensure successful product utilization in the market place What we expect from you: - Experience in IC design and full development cycle from definition through release to production - Effective communication skills to engage with all stakeholders - Knowledge of analog and digital circuit design techniques, including operational amplifiers, data converters, oscillators, counters, timers, state-machines, and combinational logic - High focus and commitment to achieving project goals - Strong team and people skills to collaborate effectively with the layout, test, and design team Preferred Skills/Experience: - 2-5 years of experience in analog development, including designs of ADCs, DACs, PLLs, oscillators, DC-DC converters, LDOs, Bandgaps, Op-Amps, and Comparators - Experience with Cadence design tools for analog/mixed-signal IC design,
