RF PA LNA MMIC Designer

We are currently looking for a talented RF PA LNA MMIC Designer with expertise in GaN and GaAs technology to join our dynamic team at TagoreTech in Kolkata. As a successful candidate, you will hold a Masters degree in Electronics or Microwave Engineering (or a related field) and possess practical experience in designing and developing RF components. Your key responsibilities will include creating RF Power Amplifiers (PAs) and Low Noise Amplifiers (LNAs) utilizing GaN and GaAs MMIC technology, specializing in various frequency bands with a focus on X-band experience. You will conduct circuit simulations and analyses to optimize parameters such as gain, efficiency, and linearity. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate MMIC designs into larger systems, measure and test prototypes, analyze performance metrics, troubleshoot issues, and develop comprehensive documentation and specifications for design processes and results. It is essential to stay updated on industry trends and advancements in RF technologies. Ideally, you should hold a Masters degree in Electronics, Microwave Engineering, or a related field, with demonstrated experience in RF PA and LNA MMIC design using GaN and GaAs technologies. Proficiency in RF circuit simulation tools, a deep understanding of RF design principles, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills are crucial. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders are also required. Experience in thermal management and reliability assessment of RF designs, as well as familiarity with semiconductor fabrication processes and technologies, would be advantageous.
