RF Calibration Engineer

As an RF Calibration Engineer at LTST-L&T Semiconductor Technologies Limited, Bengaluru, you will be responsible for leading and executing RF calibration activities for Qualcomm cellular platforms. Your role will involve generating RFC cards, handling QCN/XQCN, and optimizing RF performance across LTE, GPS, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth subsystems. Your key responsibilities will include: - Performing RF calibration for cellular platforms based on Qualcomm SoCs such as QCM, QCS, SA2150, SA415M, SDX series, and QCX series - Generating and updating RFC cards for factory and production use - Handling QCN/XQCN backup, editing, and restoration for RF parameter tuning - Conducting calibration procedures using Qualcomm toolchain: QPST, QXDM, QDART, QCAT, and QMSL - Analyzing and debugging RF logs, NV configurations, and RF signal performance - Coordinating with hardware and modem teams to optimize antenna and RF path - Supporting EFS/NV management, RF provisioning, and board-level bring-up - Automating repetitive tasks using Python/Perl scripts for efficiency in calibration and flashing - Maintaining documentation and traceability for RF performance and test results Experience and Qualifications: - Solid hands-on experience with Qualcomm RF calibration tools and procedures - Experience with multiple Qualcomm chipsets and deep understanding of LTE/4G/5G, GNSS, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi RF subsystems - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or relevant discipline - Prior experience with mass production RF calibration and automation - Exposure to carrier certification and familiarity with SAR/TRP/TIS testing, antenna design, and tuning practices - Knowledge of eSIM/eUICC, security provisioning, and factory test flows - Experience with Qualcomm's Diag protocol, QCN tools, and RF trace analysis Technical Skills: - Proficiency in Qualcomm Tools & Platforms such as QXDM, QPST/QFIL, QCAT, QDART, QMSL, RFNV Tool, QCN Manager, NV Manager, RF Card Tool, RFC Generator, and eFUSE Tools - Expertise in RF Calibration, QCN/XQCN Handling, EFS Management, RF Tuning & Optimization, Production Calibration Flow, and Carrier Certification Support - Knowledge of Modem & Protocol Stack, LTE Bands, Diag protocol, NV item structure, and Call flow understanding Behavioural Skills: - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic business environment - Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy - Proactive and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset Qualifiers for the Role: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics/Electrical/Communications Engineering In this role, you will leverage your expertise in RF calibration and Qualcomm platforms to ensure optimal RF performance and contribute to the success of LTST-L&T Semiconductor Technologies Limited in Bengaluru.,
