You should have a general understanding of Building Codes, Building systems, Components, and Construction Methods. Your responsibilities will include developing BIM models for Architectural & Structural discipline from the Concept stage to the As-Built stage and coordinating between all other services. You should be able to understand and develop the Structural drawings for various stages of the building. Additionally, you must be capable of developing Schematic, Detail Design, Shop drawings, and As-Built Drawings from the Revit Model with minimum supervision. Clash Detection and coordination using Navisworks will also be part of your tasks. Communication with Project Manager, Team Members, and Consultants is essential for successful project completion. To qualify for this position, you should be a graduate from a reputed University with a Diploma/Bachelor of Civil Engineering Degree (preferred) and have a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Architecture & Structures, with 2 years of experience with Revit being mandatory. You should have an understanding of Client Requirements and construction documentation, along with good communication and organizational skills. Preferred Software Experience includes a minimum of 3 years of Autodesk Revit experience (mandatory), proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), Autodesk Navisworks, and AutoCAD. This is a Full-time position based in Hyderabad with the AEC - bimgrafX department.
