You should have a general understanding of Building Codes, Building systems, Components, and Construction Methods. Your responsibilities will include developing BIM models for Architectural & Structural discipline from the Concept stage to the As-Built stage and coordinating between all other services. You should be able to understand and develop the Structural drawings for various stages of the building. Additionally, you must be capable of developing Schematic, Detail Design, Shop drawings, and As-Built Drawings from the Revit Model with minimum supervision.
