Your role will involve BIM modeling, drawing extraction, and translating concept ideas into detailed drawings. **Key Responsibilities:** - Produce high-quality works in MEP BIM Modeling - Ensure both the quality and quantity of work meets standards - Document project files accurately - Follow directives given by managers - Generate drawings from engineering sketches or calculations - Maintain compliance with company standards in drawing production - Perform clash detection, resolution, and reporting for coordinated design - Review models/drawings for design compliance - Deliver models/drawings within agreed project schedules with high quality - Work independently or with minimal supervision - Take ownership of the model/drawing - Participate in computational workshops and presentations **Qualifications & Experience Required:** - Diploma/B.E in Electrical or Mechanical - 3-5 years of experience in MEP BIM Modeling - Proficiency in Autodesk software (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD) - Knowledge of industry-wide BIM standards - Ability to create parametric families - Experience with creating Dynamo Scripts for Revit - Effective communication in English This full-time position requires you to work in-person in Ahmedabad. Immediate joiners and candidates ready to relocate to Ahmedabad will be preferred. Please note that there is no work from home option available for this role.
