We are hiring !!! Location- IPCA Labs Ltd. Wardha,(MH) Position - Officer Department* -Engineering API Role & responsibilities - 1.To ensure proper Maintenance of Equipment's of API manufacturing block assigned to you including its related PP Area. 2.You will be also responsible for the smooth running of above mentioned Plants. 3.To attend the Plant break downs if any, by deploying respective agency. 4.To ensure and verify the Preventive Maintenance of Equipments as per schedule without deviation and log observation in Log book. 5.To ensure timely replacement of time bound spares. 6.To monitor Gauge calibration schedule and to ensure its compliance without deviation and review relevant Certificates 7.To check and review safety valve calibration. 8.To ensure all time readiness of plant facility, equipment maintenance, related site displays and related records. 9.Up-keepment of building and facility in co-ordination with Civil Deptt/various agencies. 10.To take modification work as per process requirement in consultation with respective plant in-charges. 12.To ensure the updation of all documents like calibration records, Preventive Maintenance, History Card DQ/IQ/OQ etc. 13.To take round of PP Area round and process buildings as per established schedule and comply discrepancies. 14.To ensure Internal/External Audit compliance timely. 16.To ensure that all engineering activities are complied with respect to cGMP & Safety. 17To check the logbook before issuance for matching of its content with the current version of the format and to strike off the unused space / pages from the obsolete format logbooks. 18.To co-ordinate EHS related issues.
