Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Google Ads Specialist, based in Cannanore with some work-from-home flexibility. The Google Ads Specialist will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns. Duties include keyword research, ad creation, performance analysis, bid adjustments, A/B testing, and reporting on campaign metrics. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team to align advertising efforts with overall marketing goals and identifying opportunities for campaign improvement. Qualifications Experience with Google Ads, Pay Per Click (PPC) campaigns, and Keyword Research Proficiency in Performance Analysis, Bid Adjustments, and A/B Testing Strong skills in Campaign Management and Optimization Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to collaborate with marketing teams and align advertising efforts with marketing goals Experience with other digital marketing platforms like SEO, SMM, SEM, and Programmatic Marketing is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
