Job Description

The job involves greeting and assisting walk-in customers in the showroom, understanding their requirements, presenting products, and providing suitable solutions. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, up-selling, and cross-selling products/services. Additionally, you will need to coordinate with the team lead to finalize the bill/sale. The preferred candidate should have experience in Retail Store operations, preferably within the Home Industry, specifically in Home Furnishings. This is a full-time position with benefits including food and health insurance. The schedule may involve day shift, morning shift, and rotational shift. There are performance bonuses and yearly bonuses offered as well. The work location is in person.,
