Retail Store Manager

As a Store Manager for our client in Pune, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end store operations, sales performance, and profitability for a furniture & home furnishing retail store. Your key responsibilities will include: - Driving sales targets through effective team leadership, customer engagement, and conversion management. - Leading, training, and motivating the store sales team to deliver a superior customer experience. - Overseeing inventory management, stock audits, and visual merchandising as per brand guidelines. - Handling customer escalations, order fulfillment coordination, and after-sales support. - Monitoring store KPIs, preparing MIS reports, and ensuring compliance with retail SOPs. Candidates with prior experience in furniture, home furnishing, or large-format retail are preferred for this role. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of work experience in large-format retail stores and should be strong in customer dealing and team management.
