1) Drive the store launch checklist from mobilisation through opening day.
2) Coordinate layout, fixtures and fittings.
3) Ensure merchandise planning, stock receipt and initial stocking.
4) Coordinate with HR on manpower recruitment, deployment and training.
5) Coordinate with Admin on licences, vendors and contractors.
6) Track technology, POS, systems, signage and operational requirements.
7) Maintain the store-readiness tracker and escalate gaps.
8) Ensure merchandise availability, display and pricing support sales and customer experience.
9) Coordinate final store setup and pre-opening activities.
10) Conduct final readiness checks and take charge of operations after launch.
11) Report store performance, challenges and action plans to management.
