Retail Assistant – Full Time (Male Staff)

Northlux, Ashokapuram – Calicut

We are looking for a dedicated Male Retail Assistant to join our team at Northlux. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, responsible, and willing to work evening shifts, ensuring smooth daily operations and store closing.

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with product selection and styling support.
• Maintain the store’s cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal.
• Monitor stock levels, arrange displays, and report on fast/slow-moving items.
• Support promotional events and in-store campaigns.
• Work 10-hour shifts, including evenings, and ensure the store is properly closed at 11:00 PM.
• Perform store closing duties (switching off equipment, locking shutters, securing the store).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
