Retail Sellout Specialist

The Retail Sellout Specialist role based in Bangalore at Sattva Knowledge Court Building falls under the Sales job family. As a Regular - Permanent employee, you will play a crucial role in driving sellout across offline channels, implementing sellout programs, collaborating with the sellout and GT teams, as well as managing the brand stores channel. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a return on investment on sellout inputs within your designated territory. You will lead a team of Team Leaders & ISPs in the assigned territory, focusing on various business deliverables such as preparing annual sellout plans for each channel, executing sellout programs, managing in-store promoters, and continuously improving sellout tools. Monthly reviews with internal and external stakeholders will be conducted to evaluate performance and training programs for all stakeholders will be your responsibility. In terms of store planning, you will implement planograms for retail, LFR, and GT outlets, strategically place retail fixtures, and identify key elements to enhance sellout. Managing Team Leaders and In-store Promoters, deploying sellout targets, and implementing best practices for sellout improvement are essential aspects of this role. Effective communication and relationship management with partners at all levels will be crucial to maintaining a strong brand presence. To be successful in this role, you should hold an MBA in Sales & Marketing from a reputed institution, possess 5-7 years of hands-on retail management experience, preferably in the FMCD/FMCG sector. Candidates with a background in handling sellout for top FMCD companies, experience in managing large teams, and proficiency in data analytics will be advantageous. A willingness to travel up to 80% domestically is essential for this role.
