Retail Salesperson

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a professional, customer-focused, and target-oriented Sales Executive at our company SA Corporation to manage retail sales as well as corporate sales enquiries. The candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, recommending suitable products, managing enquiries from initial contact through order closure, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

Present and explain product features, benefits, pricing, offers, and other relevant information.

Drive sales by effectively communicating product value and addressing customer requirements.

Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Handle corporate sales enquiries received through various channels, including phone, email, website, social media, and referrals.

Understand and evaluate corporate clients' requirements, budgets, quantities, timelines, and product preferences.

Follow up with prospective customers to convert enquiries into confirmed sales.

Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally and ensure appropriate resolution.

Monitor product availability and coordinate with the relevant team for stock replenishment.

Maintain accurate records of sales, customer enquiries, and orders.

Support billing, payment collection, and order-processing activities as required.

Coordinate with the back-office and inventory teams for smooth and timely order fulfilment.

Qualification & Experience:

12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

Experience in retail sales, corporate sales, B2B sales, or customer-facing sales will be an advantage.

Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also be considered.
