Job Description

We are looking for a Retail Sales Representative to establish and develop our retail presence in the Nilambur market.

This is a new territory role focused on identifying retail shops, onboarding new retailers, and generating orders.

Key Responsibilities

Identify potential retail shops in the assigned area

Introduce company products to shop owners

Onboard new retailers and collect initial orders

Regularly visit shops for follow-up and repeat orders

Expand market coverage and improve product reach

Coordinate with the sales team for order processing

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Any Degree

Freshers can apply

Basic communication skills required

Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory

Salary & Benefits

CTC: ₹27,050 per month

Daily Allowance (DA) & Travel Allowance (TA) provided

Performance-based incentives available

Training will be provided
