Retail Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget.
• Demonstrate and explain features, specifications, and benefits of luxury watches.
• Handle

  premium and luxury watch sales

  and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide personalized recommendations.
• Maintain knowledge of watch brands, collections, models, movements, materials, and pricing.
• Upsell and cross-sell premium watches and related accessories.
• Handle customer queries and provide excellent after-sales support.
• Maintain proper product displays and ensure the showroom follows luxury retail standards.
• Ensure watches are properly handled, stored, and presented to customers.
• Maintain customer records and conduct follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
• Generate repeat business through strong customer relationships and personalized service.
• Handle billing, payments, product documentation, and sales-related processes accurately.
• Coordinate with inventory/store teams regarding product availability and stock requirements.
• Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market trends.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, visual merchandising, and brand presentation.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high customer-service standards.
• Follow company policies and procedures related to sales, inventory, and customer handling.
