Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Revenue

    : Achieve daily/monthly sales targets for Pet Food, Accessories, Pharmacy & Services. Upsell & cross-sell products.

  • Customer Experience:

    Greet customers, understand pet needs, recommend right products, explain offers & loyalty program (Zigly Prime).

  • Store Operations

    : Handle billing (POS), stock management, inventory counting, visual merchandising & store cleanliness.

  • Pet Services

    : Promote Grooming, Vet Consultation & other services to walk-in customers.

  • Customer Relationship:

    Build strong relationships, handle customer queries/complaints and ensure repeat visits.

  • Reporting

    : Maintain daily sales reports and share feedback with Store Manager.
