You will play a key role in driving sales, promoting brand loyalty, and ensuring the store maintains its high visual standards. You will play a key role in driving sales, promoting brand loyalty, and ensuring the store maintains its high visual standards. Responsibilities : Greet customers warmly and determine their fashion needs. Provide personalized style advice and outfit suggestions. Stay updated with current fashion trends, collections, and brand offerings. Drive sales through suggestive selling and upselling techniques. Maintain in-depth knowledge of products (materials, sizes, fit, care instructions). Ensure store displays and merchandise are visually appealing and up-to-date. Process transactions accurately through POS systems. Handle customer queries and resolve complaints in a professional manner. Support inventory management including stock replenishment and tagging. Assist in promotional events, in-store styling sessions, and fashion workshops. Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma/degree in Fashion or Retail Management is a plus. Proven experience in retail, preferably in fashion or apparel. Passion for fashion with a keen eye for style and detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours when required. Preferred Skills : Styling and personal shopping experience. Familiarity with retail software and POS systems. Multilingual abilities are an advantage. Show more Show less
