Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur for a Retail Merchandiser at Naukripay. The Retail Merchandiser will be responsible for overseeing store layouts, product displays, and inventory management. Key day-to-day tasks include executing merchandising strategies, maintaining product compliance with company standards, ensuring proper stocking of items, and assisting with sales promotions. The role also involves collaboration with store managers and teams to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients, management, and team members.
- Experience in Retail and Sales with an understanding of key merchandising principles and inventory control.
- Skills in Sales & Marketing for creating effective promotional strategies and maximizing sales opportunities.
- Attention to detail, time management abilities, and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in retail merchandising is preferred.
