Role Overview

We are looking for a Retail HR Executive to manage HR activities across our retail stores. The role involves handling end-to-end retail recruitment, employee onboarding, learning and development, employee engagement and overall employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

• Retail Recruitment:

  Handle end-to-end recruitment for retail stores, including sourcing, screening, interviews and selection coordination.

• Onboarding:

  Manage joining formalities, employee documentation, induction and onboarding of new hires.

• Learning & Development:

  Identify training needs and coordinate training programmes for store employees, Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers.

• Employee Engagement:

  Plan and execute employee engagement activities to improve employee satisfaction and retention.

• Employee Lifecycle Management:

  Handle employee records, attendance follow-ups, leave coordination, performance reviews, confirmation, transfers and exit formalities.

• HR Operations:

  Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and procedures across retail stores.

• Store Coordination:

  Work closely with Store Managers and Regional Managers to address employee-related concerns and provide HR support.

• Employee Relations:

  Address employee queries and support in resolving workplace issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in the retail industry.
• Experience in retail recruitment and store-level HR operations.
• Good understanding of employee lifecycle management.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple store requirements.
• Willingness to travel to retail stores whenever required.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS.
