You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting premium wellness products at our high-fashion boutique. Your main duties will include greeting customers, offering personalized product recommendations, and educating clients on the benefits of oils, natural beauty products, and self-care routines. You will also be expected to achieve monthly sales targets, maintain product displays, conduct mini wellness consultations, and manage stock levels effectively. To excel in this role, you should have prior experience in retail beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or wellness products, with a preference for luxury retail experience. Strong sales and customer service skills are essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. You must possess in-depth product knowledge or be willing to learn about essential oils, natural beauty care, and wellness solutions. Professional grooming, a warm personality, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and special events, are also required. In addition to your daily responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to build long-term relationships with clients, stay informed about new product launches and beauty trends, and support boutique events and promotional activities related to wellness products. This is a full-time position with health insurance benefits included. The work location will be in person at our boutique.,
