As an International Tourism Operations Manager at WINGSPAN Group, you will be responsible for curating, comparing, and compiling all international tourist destinations for multiple segments of clientele involving B2B & B2C requests. Your role will be full-time on-site in Mumbai (Andheri-E) and will require you to demonstrate your expertise in managing international tourism operations. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism management, or related fields, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field. Your understanding of tourism industry dynamics, trends, markets, as well as international regulations and laws related to tourism will be crucial. Strong leadership and management skills will be essential as you motivate and mobilize a team towards a common goal. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to work collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders. Moreover, your problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills will be put to the test as you handle complex issues and situations with agility and resilience. Having good financial acumen and the ability to create, analyze, and manage itineraries will be beneficial for this role. Fluency in English and at least one other language is required, and willingness to travel as necessary is expected. If you have experience with Sustainable and Responsible tourism, it will be considered a plus.
