Job Description

As a Responsible AI Tech Lead, your role is to ensure the ethical and responsible use of artificial intelligence technologies. Your responsibilities include designing and deploying Responsible AI solutions, aligning AI projects with ethical principles and regulatory requirements, and providing leadership to foster cross-functional collaboration. You will advocate for the adoption of ethical AI practices and engage with various teams to promote a culture of responsibility in AI development and implementation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Utilize influencing and advisory skills effectively. - Make team decisions responsibly. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance understanding of Responsible AI principles. - Monitor and evaluate the impact of AI solutions to ensure compliance with ethical standards. **Qualifications Required:** - Proficiency in Responsible AI. - Strong understanding of ethical frameworks and guidelines related to AI. - Experience in developing and implementing AI governance frameworks. - Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to inform decision-making. - Familiarity with regulatory requirements surrounding AI technologies. The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Responsible AI. This position is based at our Bengaluru office and requires a 15 years full-time education.,
