Summary: As a Responsible AI Advisor, you will develop strategies to ensure the ethical and responsible use of artificial intelligence technologies. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to shape the strategic direction of guidelines and policies, while actively promoting transparency and accountability in AI initiatives. You will work to align these initiatives with the organization's values and legal requirements, ensuring that AI-related risks are effectively mitigated. Engaging in discussions and providing insights will be key components of your role, as you strive to foster an environment of responsible AI usage across the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate team members on responsible AI practices. - Conduct regular assessments of AI initiatives to ensure compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Responsible AI. - Strong understanding of ethical frameworks and guidelines related to artificial intelligence. - Experience in developing and implementing policies for responsible AI usage. - Ability to analyze AI systems for potential risks and ethical implications. - Familiarity with regulatory requirements surrounding AI technologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Responsible AI. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
