As an IKEA Sales Department Co-worker, you will be responsible for contributing to increasing sales and profitability by taking ownership of the product range and actively promoting commercial priorities and volume commitments. Your role will also involve ensuring that your team has the necessary product and IKEA service knowledge to effectively communicate with customers and enhance their shopping experience. You will be expected to set sector objectives, establish action plans, monitor progress, and take necessary measures to achieve targets promptly. Additionally, you will need to respond promptly to commercial opportunities, product availability changes, and customer feedback. Keeping a close eye on local competition (including online) and reacting accordingly will be crucial. Collaborating with your team, you will also contribute to sustainable development in line with IKEA's commitment. Furthermore, with the support of the Sales Department Manager, you will be involved in recruiting, developing, and leading your team to success.
